Available Positions:
Cashiers
Must have excellent customer service skills. Must have knowledge of services provided, polices and procedures, coupons, employee discounts, Bergen County discounts, etc. Accountable for all money used and the handling of money. Responsible for cleaning of personal area and restocking as needed. Duties include miscellaneous office work, filing and answering of phone. Depending upon which department - Applicants must be 16 or older.
Cooks
Responsible for all cooking done on the grill. Must have excellent food preparation skills. Must be able to cook food quickly and efficiently. Responsible for cleaning grills, counters, and the entire back cooking area. Must have knowledge about the menu. Applicants must be 18 or older.
Customer Services Representatives
Duties include answering phones, relaying information, providing customer service for our guests, and may also assist with other office related activities. Computer experience helpful. Applicants must be 16 or older.
Food Runners
Must have excellent customer service skills. Must have knowledge about the menu. Must be able to handle any special orders that may arise. Must be able to restock all inventory. Responsible for cleaning between the grill area and counter tops and all tables. Applicants must be 15* or older.
Food Service Supervisor
Responsible for food service area when Food Service Manager is absent. Oversees all food preparation and behind the counter work. Must have excellent customer service skills. Applicants must be 18 or older.
Lift Attendants
Assist guests on and off lift chairs, maintain snow at chair entry and exit, check lift tickets, and provide excellent customer service. (Outdoors position) Must be 18 or older.
Rental Shop Attendants
Properly fit customers with boots, skis, snowboards, and adjust bindings according to customer’s measurements in an efficient manner. Must be certified to set all ski and snowboard bindings (in-house training provided). Ensure ski and snowboard rental forms are complete and accurate. Oversees all cleaning and maintenance of rental shop area. Must keep organized paperwork of rental equipment and ski recovery. Responsible for presetting equipment for groups and programs. Must be able to examine all equipment for problems and have excellent customer service skills. Must be 16 or older.
Ski and Snowboard Instructors
Duties include teaching ski and snowboard classes to guests in both one-on-one and group lessons. Applicants must be able to ski/snowboard well, have patience and understanding, and must be trained on how to teach different levels of instruction. Applicants must be 15 or older.
Ski Patrolers
Experienced Ski Patroller wanted for covering mountain during weekday and weekend hours. Contact Erik Van Den Berg @ 201-327-8167.
Snowmakers
Handling and maintenance of snowmaking machinery and positioning of snowmaking equipment and hoses.(All shifts nights/days/weekends/holidays, outdoors, heavy lifting involved) Must be 18 or older.
Tubing Attendants
Oversees loading, unloading and operating of tubing lifts. Must maintain the tubing area surface. Must keep full attention on the tubing area and any customer needs and/or questions. (Outdoor position) Must be 16 or older.
